Our Home Theaters
Both Joy and I are avid movie buffs. During our time off from work we usually sit in front of the tv watching a movie. Needless to say our house has to have an inexpensive home theater system where Joy and I and my 3 children can watch 3 movies simultaneously without have to fight for the best seat in the house. Our main family room consists of a Hi-Def Toshiba 65" RPTV, connected to a Yamaha receiver. Upstairs in the masters bedroom, we put our old JVC 55" RPTV connected to a Pioneer receiver, while in the loft we have a 27" direct view tv along with a Sony receiver.
In the bedrooms we have smaller direct view tv's along with digital cable. Suffice to say, all of us can be watching a different show at the same time and we won't have to fight for a tv. Our plan in the future includes a dedicated home theater room with an 8' screen.
